C. Atlas Ryals III, Esq. - Managing Partner
Born in Raleigh and raised in Harnett County, Atlas earned a BBA in Trust & Wealth Management with a Financial Planning minor from Campbell University. While in school he worked as a real estate agent and helped manage his family’s small business.
He earned his J.D. from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2.5 years. February 2020, he opened Ryals Law PLLC, and has been dedicated to both his business and his clients since then. Outside work, he enjoys time with his dog and ceramics.

Aaliyah Russell, Esq. - Associate Attorney
Aaliyah Russell is dedicated to helping clients navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges with compassion and practical guidance. Her practice includes family law, general litigation, and criminal misdemeanor cases, including traffic offenses.
Aaliyah earned her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law, completing the accelerated 2.5-year program, and studied abroad in South Africa with a focus on prisoners’ rights. She holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from Virginia Commonwealth University and is the current Vice-President of the Capital City Lawyers Association. Aaliyah is committed to providing thoughtful, client-centered representation that empowers individuals to move forward with confidence.

Alexia Dominguez, Esq. - Junior Partner
Alexia Dominguez is a dedicated bilingual attorney licensed in North Carolina, bringing experience and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges. Fluent in both English and Spanish, ensures her clients receive personalized and accessible legal services. Alexia attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a Bachelor of Arts in both Biology and Anthropolgy as well as a minor in Social and Economic Justice. After finishing her undergraduate studies, Alexia attended the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in downtown Raleigh. While at Campbell Law, Alexia participated in the Community Law Clinic as well as the restorative Justice Clinic and she studied abroad in Cambridge, England.
With a background that includes real estate, business and trademarking, Alexia takes pride in delivering comprehensive legal advice tailored to her clients' unique needs. She is passionate about advocating for her clients' rights and helping them achieve their goals.

Ayeshinaye Smith, Esq. - Of Counsel
Born and raised in North Carolina, Ayeshinaye Smith is a dedicated advocate and attorney who is passionate about serving her community. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where her experiences shaped her dedication to helping others. After working in the financial industry, attended Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and simultaneously pursued a Master of Trust and Wealth Management to expand her expertise in addressing clients' financial and legal needs.
Ayeshinaye also earned her Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws (LLM), focusing her studies on special education reform and advocating for the rights of disabled individuals. Her inspiration for this advocacy comes from her brother, Darien, who has Down syndrome and autism. Their journey together fueled Ayeshinaye’s passion for supporting the disabled community, which remains a cornerstone of her work.
During her legal career, Ayeshinaye has built a strong foundation in family law and estate planning. She brings empathy, a client-focused approach, and a wealth of knowledge to each case. Ayeshinaye is committed to helping her clients at every stage of life, offering compassionate and comprehensive legal support tailored to their unique needs.
